i.e. We are often called by caterers, restaurants, hotels & guesthouses who have been given a specific deadline by Environmental Health Officers... Additionally, many homeowners who have pest problems such as cockroaches, fleas or bed bugs quickly find their situation intolerable and unliveable - immediate action to eradicate the problem is often paramount.
Pest Control - Population Management
In some circumstances, complete extermination is not possible due to many factors including legislation & byelaws, the immediate environment and those living or working within it.
For example, a rabbit infestation would normally be exterminated by a combination of gassing and shooting over a period of a few weeks. However, if this infestation is on a housing estate, gassing and shooting are against the law. Control methods such as trapping, ferreting and netting would therefore be employed.
